The average production and finishing time is five working weeks.

Once completed, your cabinet is securely packed in a custom OSB wooden crate and shipped by air freight under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms — meaning all taxes, customs clearance, and local delivery to your doorstep are included in the displayed price.

Upon arrival, simply open the crate with basic tools, remove the protective materials, and place your cabinet in the desired room — it is delivered fully assembled and ready to enjoy.

Each crate is built for maximum protection and made from recyclable OSB wood panels, ensuring safe transport while minimizing environmental impact.

Each KUBE display cabinet includes a three-year commercial warranty, covering any manufacturing, assembly, or finishing defects occurring under normal use.
This extended coverage — one year longer than the standard two-year legal warranty — reflects our confidence in the durability and craftsmanship of our furniture.

For deliveries outside France, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your furniture, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.
The item must be in perfect condition, securely repacked to ensure safe transport. Return shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.

As all our furniture is made to order and individually finished, returns cannot be accepted beyond this period or for items showing signs of use or damage.

For deliveries to the United States and Canada, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully included in the displayed price, under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

For Canadian orders, prices are displayed in US dollars, and the applicable GST/HST is prepaid and included in the total price through our carrier.
No extra payment is required at delivery.
